Kate and Maureen Dwyer are leading dressage riders in Ireland.
Kate was Irish National Champion in 2012 on her stallion Reve d'Or
and was a member of the first Senior Dressage Team at Hickstead
Nations Cup 2013. Both Kate and Maureen train horses from Preliminary
level to Grand Prix. We are based at Sunset House Stud in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. Together we run a livery and training facility. We also take in horses
on short and long term schooling. Coaching is an important part of our
business and we offer lessons to all levels of riders.
Maureen obtained her HSI Level 3 Dressage Coaching Certificate in 2013
and Kate has her BHS Stage 3 and PTT. We are fully insured and both hold a current FETAC Level 5 First Aid Certificate. All new enquiries are welcome. We are also available to hold Dressage Clinics to cater for riders and horses in every discipline as we believe that good flatwork makes a difference!
Sunset House Stud holds open days during the year to promote the benefits of good flatwork. If you would like to come along and see our horses
in action, please get in touch to book your place.
